Most device templates default to more than 1 vCPU.
When creating a node, change the CPU count to 1 in the node creation screen.
ALL LOGINS/PASSWORDS (if needed) CAN BE FOUND IN THE 'FAQ' TAB.

In the node creation dialog, set CPUs to 1. If the node already exists, right click the node in your lab, choose Edit, set vCPU to 1, then Save and start the node.

Edit Your Existing Lab

Extend your current lab time or change your lab specs while keeping your existing account, labs and configs.

To EXTEND select the same spec as your current lab and choose a duration greater than 0, your lab will be extended for the duration you pick.
To EDIT LAB pick a different spec and choose a duration greater than 0, your lab specs will be edited and your lab time will match the duration you picked.
To ADD SPECs increase vCPUs and/or RAM and set the duration to 0, the specs chosen will be added for the remainder of your current lab time and only charged for the extra resources plus a flat £2 fee.
